Canvassing Team Manager

SolReliable is a successful energy efficiency and solar company in Southern California. We specialize in all elements of energy efficient homes.

We have a highly trained and successful canvassing team and are looking to grow. We need energetic, organized, and motivated Canvassing Team Managers for all of our locations including Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego.

As a part of the team, you’ll be provided with all of the company resources you’ll need to succeed, including a company car, iPad, management training, and additional training tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit canvassers that fit the work description and the company’s needs

  • Assist in training new hires and exposing them to the company’s values

  • Strategically plan to ensure proper territory coverage

  • Communicate with Canvass Manager to coordinate departures, arrivals, and destination

  • Motivate canvassers to hit their goals by announcing bonus opportunities

  • Work closely with current canvassers that are struggling or can use a boost in production

  • Provide creative tips to management where needed

  • Lead and maintain a small team of about 10-15 people

  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times with other managers and canvassers

  • Have an active role in weekly/monthly meetings

  • Manage and maintain company cars


  • Ability to work on Saturdays

  • Interest in working full-time, approximately 40-60 hours per week
