After completing my service in the Israeli Navy as a Commanding Officer, I graduated Tel Aviv University with a Business Degree, and pursued my career in construction and remodeling in 2002. In 2006, I co-founded SolReliable to help homeowners and business owners achieve energy efficiency through a new and exciting approach that comprehensively matches superior solar panels with the most cutting-edge energy solutions. I live the products we promote—I have remodeled my own home with Tier-1 SunPower solar panels, heat-resistant COOL Roof, and stunning artificial grass. Environmental conservation is a personal passion; as a certified GUE technical guide diver, I volunteer to help detangle animals caught in nets. It is my belief that climate change and energy efficiency is one of the timeliest topics of the 21st Century—by moving the industry forward through customer care, technological innovation, and hard work, we can all build a better future for our children and the planet.

After acquiring my BA in Business from CSUN, I've performed my role as SolReliable Production Manager for half a decade. It's my conviction that customers only deserve the best service and products at the best rates. Because I've personally experienced the home installation process of my own SunPower solar system, tankless water heaters, double-pane windows & doors, energy-efficient HVAC, and insulation, I've walked the same path that many of my customers travel. I ask myself: How would I want my installation handled? What kind of communication would I expect out of my project manager and contractor's office? What kind of questions might I have? I'm happy every day working in solar and green energy, knowing I'm playing a small part in healing the planet, one solar system and green energy solution at a time.

I've been happily consulting solar and green energy since 2014. My career emerged from an unlikely source—for over a decade, I've managed top nightclubs from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. There I developed the highest standards for customer satisfaction and met many of solar energy's most notable movers-and-shakers, which started my career in green energy. When it comes to my interaction with customers, I give each home and business the "VIP treatment"—the best panels for the best price with consistent communication from inception to completion. My motto is carpe diem—seize the day—because by focusing on how I can help my customers in the present, I can then help them reap the benefits of green energy solutions in the future.

Backed by over a decade of accounting experience and a B.S. in Commerce and Accounting Major, I joined SolReliable in 2014. My main job is to triple check my job. Accounting not only means the company's bottom line is held—it means that customers' needs are met, workers' wages are kept, and any area of waste is left. I take on green energy in my own life by recycling and encouraging others to think green. My favorite part about working for SolReliable is that we operate together like one big family. We're all in this together and we all rise together.

My daily mission as SolReilable’s Installation Manager is to ensure timely, safe, and smooth projects from the delivery of labor and materials to final inspection. With over 17 years of construction experience, I maintain certifications in Building Construction and Building Science for Fire Prevention and am a proud member of the Roofers Advisor Council. In addition, I’m an approved installer for Energy Upgrade, an exclusive SolReliable service, which offers additional rebates to homeowners for energy upgrades in addition to their existing utility company rebates. I share my passion for green energy by joining beach cleanup crews and aiding my children’s schools’ recycling programs. Knowing that every completed project helps heal the Earth inspires me to exceed expectations.

I've been the Dispatch Manager all the way back to when SolReliable formed in 2006. I love working for a company that I had a role in growing from an idea to reality, a reality that not only benefits the customer but the planet. My job is to ensure that the prospective customers who we receive from our canvassing, marketing, and other avenues are all connected with our quality solar and green energy consultants. It's a challenging task because no home or business is the same—and it always makes me happy to know we're helping every customer find energy solutions that save them money and the environment.

Since 2013, I've had the exciting experience of working as SolReliable's Verification Manager. I wear a few hats in my department, so task management is perhaps my greatest task. As a solar and green energy solutions company, we receive tons of information from customers, lead sources, and manufacturers, and I keep all inbound data flowing and functional. Helping save the environment doesn't end at the office for me: I recycle, carpool, and drive a solar electric car, and share this green-conscious lifestyle with my children to teach them about the importance of conservation and community.

I received my BA in English from CSUN and began my career in renewable energy as a Verification Manager for SolReliable in 2013. My unique role requires constant contact with the public while also facilitating the internal moving-parts of the company. I consider an upbeat attitude and dedication to surpassing expectations the most important part of my day. My favorite thing about working in green energy is that I know I'm helping to create a better environment for future generations and that SolReliable's success is not only defined by its sales, but changing the world.

I joined SolReliable in 2015 and cherish every day working in green energy. My job is exciting because it's constantly changing and I love seeing people grow within the company and meet their own goals. One of my jobs is to recruit and hire field canvassers, who are often the first introduction of SolReliable for many homeowners. When hiring canvassers, I consider not only who will meet company goals but who will represent our company outside the office, too. At SolReliable, we operate like a family—everyone helps each other, encourages each other, and finds success in our collective victories.

I obtained my B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University, Northridge. With over 6 years of experience in the green energy industry, I have successfully held multiple roles which include: Permitting Manager, Interconnection Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Operations Manager Support. My daily goal is to deliver exceptional service in all aspects of business and customer exchanges, drive new business into the company, maintain existing relationships, and to strive for project completion before anticipation. I believe in the power of working together as a team, and that possibilities are limitless when all parts of the cycle work in unison. I am very happy to work for SolReliable and its valued network of satisfied customers.
