Solar Installer

SolReliable is a successful energy efficiency and solar company in Southern California. We specialize in all elements of energy efficient homes.

We have a highly trained and successful solar installation team and are looking to grow. We are looking for energetic and reliable installers who are highly motivated.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Installing and maintaining solar PV systems
  • Performing minor electrical work
  • Ability to execute roof layouts to match existing plans
  • Ability to measure and cut accurately
  • Meet with city inspectors for final inspection
  • Abillity to trouble shoot existing systems (Q/A calls)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with solar installation, roofing and electrical work (additional training will be provided)
  • English as a first language
  • Knowledge of solar fundamentals
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good customer service skills
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Not afraid of heights
  • Excellent communication skills
